Job Overview

As an insulation installer, you will focus on installing insulation (fiberglass or rock wool batts) to exterior walls and ceilings. Your day-to-day “office” won’t always look the same! However, you can count on the process to provide some consistency:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Loading and logging materials onto truck and make notation of returned materials
• Erect scaffolding or ladders
• Cut the insulation materials to size and install in frames, ceilings, attics or crawlspaces
• Installing insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
• May be required to drive a company vehicle. If so, follow all driving rules and DOT requirements at all times and maintain your tools/truck
• Observe job site safety rules and know the location of the MSDS packets in your vehicle

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Maintain a valid driver’s license
• Experience in the construction industry helpful
• Able to perform basic math skills

Physical Demands

Insulation workers must be able to use common hand tools – trowels, brushes, knives, scissors, saws, pliers, and stapling hammers. Insulation workers must be able to read job instructions and record materials to work order. Insulation workers must be able to work in tight places or in high places from ladders or scaffolding. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees to handle and install insulation. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Overview

Responsible for Daily Vehicle Inspection reports and making necessary basic automotive repairs. Completing preventative maintenance and repairs on company fleet and equipment to include (but not limited to) blow machines, forklifts, generators, foam machines, paint sprayers, pick-ups, box trucks, cars. Garage/shop housekeeping.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose, repair and maintain gas and diesel generators and generator systems
• Diagnose, repair and maintain pumps and pump systems
• Diagnose, repair and maintain hydraulics and hydraulic brake systems
• Diagnose, repair and maintain air brake systems
• Oil changes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Maintain a valid driver’s license – Chauffer’s license required (CDL license preferred)
• Knowledge of scanners/computer diagnostic tools
• Cummins Insite Knowledge a plus
• Small engine repair knowledge a plus
• Welding skills preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Pay Scale

$21 per hour /Commensurate with Experience
